In 2012, I stepped away from a decade-long career in financial services to pursue work at the intersection of branding, marketing and community building. What began as a focus on events, promotions, and brand visibility has evolved into a broader mission: helping purpose-driven leaders and organizations clarify their voice, strengthen their presence, and expand their influence.

Over the past thirteen years, I have partnered with clients across the media, medical, nonprofit, housing, hospitality, and retail sectors to maximize reach, increase brand awareness, and grow market presence. I have also built and expanded several of Northern Virginia’s most recognized community initiatives, including the Best of Loudoun, Best of Fairfax, and Best of Prince William polls, as well as Loudoun’s 40 Under 40 awards.

In 2013, I founded High-Heeled Happy Hour, a women-centered networking and philanthropic event series designed to bring people together while giving back locally. To date, High-Heeled Happy Hour and its sister experiences—including Wine, Women, and Wellness; Stiletto Cinemas; Sole Sister Soirees; and the annual High-Heeled Holiday Parties—have raised nearly six figures for local charities and continue to foster authentic connection across the community.

Today, my work spans strategy, coaching and high-impact consulting for founders, executives, and emerging leaders who are ready to show up more clearly and confidently in the marketplace. As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) candidate trained in Core Energy Coaching, I integrate mindset, messaging, and market positioning to help clients align who they are with how they lead, communicate, and grow.

In addition to my consulting and coaching work, I am a public speaker, content creator, and experienced emcee, regularly partnering with organizations and events throughout the region to amplify their message and elevate audience engagement.

A proud Colorado Buffalo, I earned my BA in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and a certificate in Applied Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. My foundation in psychology continues to inform my work—guiding how I help clients understand human behavior, communicate with intention, and build brands and businesses that drive meaningful impact.
